Stoll´s Hotel Alpina with its wonderful mountain view including the famous Watzmann, as you can see on the picture, is an ideal starting-point for recreative walks and varied walking-tours.The entrance point for hillwalks at the Watzmann is only a 2 kilometers long food-walk. The Jennerbahn or the Obersalzbergbahn, which both will bring you to beautiful hiking- and skiing areas, are only 3 kilometers away. Cross-skier will find a sunny ski run only 800 meters away from the hotel.
In the wildlife sanctuary of the Alpina-Park you will find 180 kilometers long marked hiking trails right through an untouched fauna and fliora.
The Berchtesgadener Land is situated in the most beautiful region of the Alps. Its most famous destinations are the Lake Königssee, Hintersee and Obersee, the Obersalzberg with the Eagle´s Nest, the Saltmine and the world famous national park.
The Mozart- and Festivaltown Salzburg is only 23 kilometers away, with its numerous landmarks and shopping facilities.
